Dr. Vivian Liang, R.Ac., ND
Dr. Liang, R.Ac., ND is a naturopathic doctor and registered acupuncturist at Valero Wellness. She is passionate about the role of naturopathic medicine in integrative cancer care. She graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Science and continued her education at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She believes in an evidence-based approach to individualized naturopathic oncology care and is committed to providing the best patient outcomes. She has been involved in, co-authored, and presented integrative oncology research. She has been awarded for her research in acupuncture for chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy and has published in multiple journals including Current Oncology and The Pulse.
In addition to her naturopathic degree, Vivian is on track to obtain the Fellow of the American Board of Naturopathic Oncology (FABNO) board certification. She is passionate about combining the philosophies of Western and Eastern medicine, particularly with a strong skillset in traditional Chinese acupuncture and medical acupuncture.

She works to help optimize quality of life, minimize side effects from conventional treatments, increase overall survival, and prolong disease-free survival. Vivian communicates directly with the patient’s healthcare team including their medical doctors and pharmacists. She is passionate and committed to providing inclusive healthcare. She is an active committee member in the provincial group Naturopathic Doctors Dismantling Racism (NDDR).
